“If you think education is expensive, try ignorance” – Derek Bok
Management lab
Face-to-face workshop, in which four groups of participants interact and manage four competing companies in a challenging but leveled environment. They experiment with their decisions, skills and behaviours, and see how it affects their business performance.
The time machine
We use the typical case study methodology but based on real situations that changed history. The participants travel in space and time, make critical decisions and face uncertain situations, such as the Chernobyl catastrophe, or the Missile Crisis (Cuba-USA, 1962).
Cinema and tales in training
Using tales and analogies in education is as old as human culture. We select the most didactical and memorable scenes and tales and use them as emotional elements or to analyze and discuss certain behaviours.
Theater in-company
We design and perform a scene with professional actors. Then, the participants analyze it and interact with the actors, improving the scene. It’s especially useful to model key behaviours and situations.
