“I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught.” – Winston Churchill
The protagonist must be the customer. We believe in learning more than in training. In fact, adults learns best when they:
- Choose to learn
- Build their own meaning and conclusions
- Learning is connected to their reality and experience
- Participate actively and feel like they own their learning
- Realize that they have areas for improvement and receive feedback
- Maintain and strengthen their self-esteem
- Apply what they have learned immediately
- Learning is perceived as useful
That is why all our projects are special, not so much in terms of concepts but in the way that participants learn.
“The cone of learning” adapted from Edgar Dale, 1969
