I was preparing a leadership training, and wanted to give a broad overview of such a wide field. I could spend hours and hours talking about it. But instead, I chose to share this brief overview. I hope you find it useful.
In fact, leadership is like the tale of the elephant and the blind men. It is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon.
My advice for all those interested in learning about leadership is to understand different theories, and to distrust anyone who tries to convince you that his approach to leadership is the only correct one.
