Atomic habits – how to break your bad habits and build new ones

One great thing about training people is that you learn a lot from your clients (and you get paid while doing it). 😉 Last week I was giving a workshop on time management and I got a great recommendation (thanks, Alberto): Atomic Habits, by James Clear.
