The science of peak human performance and motivation – Interview with Andrew Huberman

I came across this very interesting interview by Chris Williamson to Dr Andrew Huberman. He is a neuroscientist, Associate Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine and a podcaster.

The mind and the body are intimately linked. Trying to improve your mental outcomes without thinking of your physical inputs is a losing battle, but the question of which inputs to use, and when is a huge challenge. Thankfully, Dr Huberman is one of the best communicators of high performance advice on the planet and has a lot of answers.

It is a long and rich conversation, worth your time if you want to know more about human performance, motivation, neuroscience, etc.

Expect to learn the neuroscience of getting over your ex, how David Goggins trained himself to lean into fear, whether dopamine detoxing really works, the most important things to avoid doing during your morning routine and much more…
